The product is good and I ordered the panda which was amazing in terms of feel, touch and quality there was just a bit issue that it's lint stays on our cloth once we touch it

I have received a damaged and incorrect product against my recent order of a teddy bear from Amazon. The product delivered byHUG ‘n’ FEEL SOFT TOYS was different from what was shown in the description and images on the website. Additionally, the teddy bear was defective -one of its eyes is missing, which makes it completely unacceptable. This is very disappointing, as I was expecting the product as displayed and in proper condition. Even in open market cost of toy is even half what i have paid. This was very bad experience Please let me know if any further details are required from my side.

It is not as expected, it is 3.4 inches in height and is not very soft either, as per the display image it is not even close to that, it is clearly visible that it is a product of some cheap company.

I have ordered hug n feel soft toys(teddy) . But I received a different teddy, I returned my order and they returned the exact toy what I ordered. I'm so happy for the Amazon service.. Service was excellent and the quality of the toy is good worth for the money..
