Ingredients CAKE MIX: Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, food starch-modified, soybean oil, leavening (baking soda, monocalcium phosphate, sodium aluminum sulfate), dextrose, salt, tapioca starch, Arabic gum, xanthan gum, natural flavor. Review: It's very good when prepared as directed but I suggest a couple of changes to make it even better. Use milk instead of water and melted butter instead of oil when making the batter. Then dump the crumb mixture into a bowl and work in 4 T butter with two knives or a pastry blender to make more of a crumble. I found it too powdery the way it comes out of the pouch so it doesn't really stick to the cake when you eat it. If you want to mix things up you can add raisins or chopped apples to the batter. I used some bits of dehydrated apples left at the bottom of the can and it came out great. Review: Love that it was delivered to our door. Didn't like that both boxes were crushed. Contents still useable.

You can usually buy this mix for a fraction of the price charged by this seller. But the product is so delicious we bought it anyway. It's even better if you replace half the water with bourbon and then add chopped walnuts!
