Is the power adapter 110 - 240 volt so it will work overseas?

It will work wherever you go, as long as you can plug it into the wall. I tested this when I went travelling in UK, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Thailand.

Can I hook this up to my HDTV?

If your TV has bluetooth capability, it will work. Or use the 1/8 th inch cable. Note: I recommend a cable with a 90 degree bend on both ends to avoid damage to your cable when bumping it against objects.

How is the battery life? The spec says 15 hours. Is that anywhere near accurate? Does the volume suffer as the battery gets low like other brands?

Honestly I haven't really tested the battery to it's full extent yet. Most of the time it's plugged in and I'm using it in my house. I have used it successfully for 3-4 hours. Left it unplugged for a few hours and came back to use it again, likely for another 3-4 hours without any problems, but again, I haven't tested the 15 hours. Sorry if that doesn't help much.

Does the product come with a warranty from the manufacturer?

Even with a 1 year warranty, you'll need better luck than me. I bought mine for $300, 3 years ago and it began dying this month. First would not work without the power connected. Then would not connect to some devices. Now will not pair with any new devices. I guess should not have tried re-pairing my Mac because it's useless now. At least I have a $300 wireless speaker I can connect to one mobile phone, and not move it away from the wall socket. What a bargain.
