Are they treated with anything? It says they are safe, but I want to ensure they are not treated with chemicals such as pfas

I washed our set with warm water and dish soap before the first use. After every use, they are hand washed and dried before going back into the box they arrived in.

What is the “natural resin?” I don’t know of any kind of resin that isn’t toxic.

No idea. Just a clear coat. We hand wash ours when done.

Are they good for cooking?

You could use these for cooking but since they are only 81/2” long, I would recommend getting chopsticks between 13 and 16 inches long. Glamfields makes chopsticks specifically for cooking. They are much longer and keep your hands further from hot oil or food.

This set of chopsticks is not only beautifully crafted, but they also offer an excellent grip, are easy to use, and easy to pick up food. I didn't use them on rice, as I find it difficult to eat rice with chopsticks, however, I used them for vegetables, chicken, beef, meatballs, and sushi and they were not only fun but easy to pick up the food. They are lightweight and come with a handy box to store them in.
