I am currently taking 200 mg about an hour before bed to help with sleep. I have been doing this for about 5 days now and noticed that my body and mind feel calm and relaxed, my sleep now is much better as I was waking every 2 hours and finding it difficult to doze back off. The last couple of nights I have managed 4 hours before waking and then going straight back to sleep. Highly recommend these for people who find it difficult to sleep.
