Can I use this on the nuance pro model?

No you cannot. Each CPAP mask uses it's own headgear and in very few cases can you mix them.

Other sites, and my initial provider differentiated by med and large. Is this the large strap or the medium that is listed as standard?

I have a large but I don’t know what the standard would be . The large works very well for me

does this include the clips to attach to face mask?

The clips do not come with the headgear.
