I'm a 40-year-old single father with three kids. This is the second pair of these headphones I have purchased for my teenage son. He uses it for gaming almost daily at his computer and on his portable Nintendo. After two years of regular use, the sound started to go out on the first pair. After two years of rough treatment and regular use by a teenager, I felt this was a reasonable failure. Recommendation: I would recommend these for kids and teenagers who enjoy gaming on their computers or portable devices. Parents who don't want to be driven crazy by their kids playing games in the same room. Pro: 1. Great price 2. good sound 3. good quality 4. Limits noise of kids gaming in the room with parents Con: 1. Cord limits distance from the computer (not a con for my son's set up but could be for some people)

I liked that the mic worked and when you take a video other sounds from around still appear so the noice cancellation is not really that good.

Bought 3 None of the microphones work on the xbox one.
