I have tried so many different pain reliever creams and began to think they were all the same. A little tingling for an hour or so and that was it. And usually the fragrance was very strong. This pain cream is awesome. It heats up HOT, which is what I need for relief. It also reactivates by sunshine, heat, and sweat so you know it's there. I use it on my back and neck and I love it. I'll never use another brand! If you don't like hot pain cream, this is not the one for you. If you do, you will love this one.

If your body beats up so will the aria applied. So can seem like an actual burn. But this product is the best. I started years ago with just a very small drop on lower back. It does help somewhat on my wrists, takes the edge off. However, there is very little substance in the tube. I’m sure the container cost more than the medicine. Easy to use with a mild smell.

The product works very well !! It will stay on hands and transfer to other parts of your body for a few hours !! Rubbed it on my husbands shoulders — a few hours later rubbed my face - not good eyes burned for an hour
