Love this for my gout. Out of stock now. It's so expensive but when you've got gout you'll pay anything for relief! Tastes fantastic

Tastes good diluted approx. 25ml in a pint of water so it lasts a good while. It seems to have helped fix my thumb joint gout. I drink about 25ml per day, to keep the gout at bay, and it tastes good in filtered or bottled cold water. It's got to be better than drinking tea or coffee I reckon. No return of gout in 3-4 weeks

Needs hot water if you like sweet things. Found it to sour for me neat. Didn’t seem to help me sleep any better but other said they found it excellent.
