This worked out beautifully. My Dad passed away 7/07/2017 and he played the keyboard for several years. I have it setting on a table with a shirt pillow of his and his picture setting on top of that. I set it all up and had my Mom and Sister come over to see it and they both cried a little and said it was beautiful. It reminds me what a great keyboard player he was and lots of great memories. Thank you so much for having it delivered all in one piece and no damage. I am very grateful for the product and service. Everytime I pass by it in my living room I think what a fantastic Dad I had. I got this for my mother who is a pianist, has played for decades but could never afford a grand piano. I got her this beautiful piece and she was even more delighted to find out it was a music box. It now sits in the glass cabin in the living room - a reflection on the beautiful Piano she plays on every day.

This was ordered as a Christmas gift for my husband, who plays the piano. It arrived earlier than expected, was well packaged, and the music box itself is packed in a lovely black storage box. The sound is of good quality and the piano is a lovely black lacquer finish. Even the accessory bench is well made. He loves it. I would recommend it for those that collect music boxes, or simply enjoy the unique look of this one.

The first one delivered was damaged but they replaced it with no issues and I am quite pleased with the quality of the second one.
