Q: What is a blade spike ?

The Blade is the new powerpole that is 10ft. The spike is the fiberglass tip that actually anchors the boat.

Q: ok, so is this a shrink wrap for the pole?

Yes it is, This product slips over the Power Pole fiberglass spike. Once in place you will need to use heat gun or heat source of some type to get it to shrink over the spike. Rich @ Hydrilla Gear 954-917-0634

Q: will this work on power pole micro spike or will it make the spike too wide?

Power Pole does not recommend using the Spike Wrap with the Micro Anchor System. The drive wheels located inside of the Micro Anchor which grab and drive the fiberglass spike itself can be sensitive.
