It functioned great for these purposes. Good size that fit snugly. When my blue yeti developed a buzz I was more sad that I was going to loose the sounds these created, as it is a staple of ASMR. I got a Movo UM800 hoping these would fit and they do! They actually fit the Movo better than the Yeti, as the movo has a larger capsule. They are both great for traditional microphone applications as well, the foam cover stops enough hiss and plosives to smooth out the voice, and the fluffy cover stops most wind to the point I can blow on it and it doesn't make a blowing peaking sound. Great value all around, and quality is great too.
