What is it supposed to smell like? And is it supposed to be sealed when you receive it?

I find it to be odorless. The bottle was completely sealed.

Do i apply volufiline before my regular serum and cream? or i should use it as a serum? please let me know :)

I use it before I put anything on my face. It’s an oil solution so I’m not sure how it would react with something already applied on face. I use it at night so I apply my night retinol cream and moisturizer.
