Very good value for money compared to other brands, taste is great and these are an enjoyable and easy way to get B12 as a vegan. I was impressed at the size of the bag and it has lasted me significantly longer than other brands for a fraction of the price. Great in cooking, great on toast. Lovely savoury taste.

Very strong flavour compared to my usual brand which I get from H&B at twice the price, but I prefer the more subtle taste, but that is personal preference. The flakes are more powdery too, so probably great for cooking, whereas I just use to sprinkle

Love these yeast flakes. Much better value for money than the usual supermarket flakes in a small tub. As a vegetarian I use it in soups, stews, pasta dishes, scrambled tofu, etc. Pretty much in most savoury recipes to deepen the umami flavour. It is also a great healthier alternative to bouillon cubes in recipes. I add couple of spoons to the water whilst making couscous or re-hydrating soya protein chunks. Super versatile, last for ages and the packaging makes it easy to use and re-seal for freshness. Vegans, be mindful as this product is not fortified with B12, only B6.

This nutritional yeast is low calorie, and goes on basically anything that benefits from cheesy or umami flavour. This product is popular with vegans, but even those who aren’t will definitely enjoy this product. The only issue I’ve had is the packaging. It easily tears, and that becomes an issue when you want to store for a long time.
