Arguably the best portable speaker I've ever used. I took this with me to the beach, to the park, in my bed as a theatre quality speaker while watching something lying down/trying to fall asleep, and even in the shower. There's been a handful of times where it's even fallen INTO the water soaked (not completely submerged in water) tub/floor while I was showering and still persisted. After a long time of accidental dropping, rolling off of the bed, and getting water in/on it, it's finally begun to fizzle out and die. I thought it was an internal battery lifespan thing so I replaced the battery and immediately tested it to see if it'd work again, but no it's internal/the motherboard. Honestly for how much light abuse I've put this little remarkable speaker through, I'm genuinely and pleasantly surprised that it's lasted so long. I'm absolutely going to purchase it again. I'm a music producer so I'm a stickler for audio clarity. It doesn't feel bass boosted to hell and back or overly bright. It's very even tone-wise, and it can get pretty loud for parties or outdoor settings, but not SUPER LOUD like a big box speaker could. Obviously it doesn't have a giant subwoofer so the frequency range is 76hz - 18khz, which is still pretty good because your kick drums will still be fine and resonant harmonics from saturated subs/808s will still be audible. 2 years of usage and it gave out. The connection is great too. I can be connected to my phone from a different room and still hear it play without any hiccups or disconnects. Honestly, you get what you pay for. If you wanna gamble with a cheaper option that could potentially die on you within a year or less, you can, but if you want to spend the little extra dough on something you know you'll get use out of on a regular basis don't cut corners and get this little guy.

I was pleasantly surprised with the sound the speaker produced. It has a lot of bass compared to other speakers that I have had. The volume is very loud and does not distort until you are at maximum on your phone and the speaker. And even then, it is not bad. You can do a little more tweaking to the sound if you download the app but without it, it still sounds just fine. Another benefit that I found was its smaller circumference. It will fit in the normal sized cup holder of our UTV. Others we've had would not and either had a magnetic mount that we were concerned about falling off riding off-road or it would lay in the seat and have a more muffled sound. I would definitely recommend this speaker.

These are pretty great Bluetooth speakers. Sound quality and clarity are well done, and the max volume level is suitable for most situations. The waterproofing works pretty well and the user interface is dead simple. Only complaint would be the battery life. At high volume levels the battery life isn't great. This is especially true as the device ages (I've had mine for four years so the lithium battery is beginning to show its age). If youre looking for a good speaker at a reasonable price then the Flip 6 is a good option. If you want a speaker that forces you and your audience to take notice; then you'll likely want to move up into the JBL Charge lineup.

A high quality product, well packed, and delivered in a timely fashion. Sound quality is very good. Bluetooth connection can be a bit choppy at times. A bit smaller than expected, but a good fit for our needs.
