This Nordic Ware dough cutter has great utility in the kitchen — I use it for portioning dough, lifting sticky pieces off the counter, and even scraping the surface clean when I’m done. The quality stands out as soon as you pick it up: the stainless steel blade feels solid, and the beechwood grip is smooth and comfortable. The cutting ability is excellent. The blade has just the right sharpness to slice through dough cleanly without dragging or squishing it. The handle design also gives good leverage, making it easy to control and very comfortable during longer baking sessions. A simple tool, but one that earns its drawer space. It does exactly what it should and does it well.

Handle keeps falling off. Now use it as a piece of metal to scoop without handle. It’s really not too hard to make simple quality tools but some manufacturers excel at making a simple tools terribly. Don’t bother with this one

This year bar knife when I’m in my kitchen and I’m cooking some food from my wife and my kids this year it makes cleaning up my cutting board so easy folks. You just take that sharp knife and you just kind of scrape it on the bottom of that cutting mower and it gets all in breadcrumbs and Raisins and flour. It just gets it on top of that knife and then you just put that shit into the trashcan and you just rinse that knife off real quick and it’s just as good as new.
