been buying Canterbury socks for years. these are tough long lasting socks, especially if you have the time and space to air dry them so they don't get cooked in the dryer. they are a little slippery in a shoe until after the first few washings. Thank you for not reducing the quality even after all these years!

These were a gift for my brother- he loves these socks. He is 5'9" and they are mid calf on him. They are comfortable, wash well, and black is his color:) He was having a hard time finding them in department stores so sissy and amazon to the rescue. They are the real deal- he says. So if you love gold toe- go for it!

I have had good success with Gold Toe dress socks in the past. These are adequate and come at a good price point. They seem to be lighter weight (thinner) than previous Gold Toe socks I have purchased but not as thin as other low cost options. I prefer a medium weight sock that provides some sense of padding to the sole. These are not those socks. Color and fit are good. Adequate but not exceptional. A good a value.
