This was a VERY attractive high quality product. We were shipped the white one instead white matched better. I know that if I had to exchange it that Amazon makes returns and exchanges so easy. I bought this to hold returnable cans but it only held about 12 cans and as we are a family of 6 so this wasnt going to work so I had to return it. It has a removable inner container that would make clean up easy. I'm definitely going to order the bigger size from SimpleHuman.
