Last week we noticed one of the back diagonal pieces has broken. I looked up the part on Quickplay to order a new one, happy to buy it, but it is not available to buy. So we now have a broken goal that is not safe to use and the company had been totally unhelpful.... basically said we don't make it, sorry for your loss🤪 . Goal is a little over a year old.... my son is heartbroken.Edit... after a little persistence the company started to understand how much the goal meant to us and they are sending us a replacement goal. Thank you Quickplay ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice large goal *by S***M on June 15, 2024* We got this so our tween daughters can practice in the back yard. It’s fairly easy to set up, can get a bit frustrating but that could just be user error. We got this to replace the same one that had hail damage, so FYI it didn’t hold up to baseball size hail, haha. But we liked it to much we got the same one. Pretty durable, just make sure don’t let kids hang or grab on the top bar at all, or it will sag.
