There was no visible damage to the dash when it came off. I received the more heavy duty adhesive mount and have not had any reason to try and remove it. It has stayed in place for going on 6 weeks now. **Q: I have a midland 75-822 is it compatible? That model has battery packs to attach to make it longer.** A: YES ….EASY **Q: How can i mount on a vertical 1.75" tube? (polaris rzr xp 4 1000) is there another product that would work better?** A: Please contact mob armor support for a custom product idea.
