This remote worked okay for the first week or two, but then everything went downhill. Now it behaves erratically during use. It randomly pauses movies we’re watching, and when I manually pause the TV, it starts playing again on its own. A single click often results in multiple inputs—menus scroll uncontrollably, especially when pressing right or down. It’s incredibly frustrating and completely unreliable. Sadly, the return window has closed, so I’m stuck with it. Easily one of the worst tech purchases I’ve made. Follow-up on the above - After leaving my initial review about the faulty remote control, I was pleasantly surprised by the seller’s quick and professional response. They refunded the full amount, even though the return window had already closed. While electronics can sometimes fail, what really impressed me was the way this situation was handled. The customer service was responsive, understanding, and efficient—something you don’t always get. I now believe the remote I received was simply a rare faulty unit, especially considering the many positive reviews this product has. The way the seller stood behind their product deserves recognition. 5 stars for the customer service experience.
