This is by far the best and easy to use product. By using it 5/10 minutes three times a day, my pain has dissapeared. I've tried flat on the floor and against a wall, with good results, it will take you a few tries to figure out the best and most beneficial position for you. A bit pricey but worth the money, it'll basically last you for the rest of your life. I got the XL size.
