This is a wonderful book which has lots of good information and tips about how to keep healthy and heal oneself using live water and salt. I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to expand their knowledge of the nature of cellular health and well-being.

This book is a great source of information and it really works! I cannot recommend it highly enough. Please see my comment to C.Simpson's review. I used 'sole drinking therapy' for my irregular heartbeat over a few weeks and rarely feel it any more, if I do I will just start taking the sole drink for a short while until I feel happy about it again. I believe it also raised my low blood pressure up to 'ideal'. Himalayan sea salt has many benefits to the body and a home made jar of 'salt sole' should be part of every first aid kit. It is a cheap alternative to pills and ointments and is completely natural. Sea salt especially Himalayan salt has been used for healing for thousands of years and is nothing new.
