I got it to where I liked it. The flavors are good and I’ve been drinking it for a week so far and love it I initially wrote a no so favorable review but it’s grown on me. Just try to experiment with different amounts of water.

Very good taste. keeps well in the frig. Nice that I don't have to brew a whole pot for 1 cup. But expensive.

I appreciated the delivery time for this product. I was looking for a less expensive option to the Javy I had previously purchased, but sadly it’s not for me. It smells amazing but I just couldn’t get used to the taste. And I understand the issue with doing a return, I wish I had seen that before ordering, but now I have a full bottle that I used once and am out the amount of purchase. I wish you luck with your company

I purchased this to make quick decaf iced coffees at home. The convenience of this is great! No brewing, no making a batch in advance that takes up a lot of space in the fridge…just a small bottle ready to go. I did not measure out the product (I know my preference by color mixed with milk) and it turned out delicious. I saw some reviews about unlabeled bottles and honestly I was nervous because I’ve switched to decaf because I’m pregnant so it was important to me to get the right product but bottle came clearly labeled and in what appeared to be the manufacturers packaging. Will buy again.

I bought a bottle of this to keep up in our mini fridge at the office, because the coffee here is so bad, and I needed more of a fix than what I make and bring from home. The chocolate flavor is delightfully fragrant, and a little goes a long way. It’s smooth, coffee like, and has no weird aftertaste (unlike a certain competitor brand I got thinking it would be “good enough”, and alas no). I am super curious about the other flavors, but the chocolate is so good I’m not sure if I’ll branch out. Please come back in stock soon — I need my morning fix!

The coffee is good but they need to change the cap. Literally every time I use the coffee it sprays when you pop open the top and the cap leaks all around the edges on top and gets all over your hands. I curse this coffee every time I use it. I will not buy it again unless they change the cap. At this point, I just remove the cap and pour the coffee out that way, but for some reason the cap will still leak after you put it on.
