Love the McGraw-Hill books, they are comprehensive, cover the curriculum and have numerous practice questions. Answer keys are included which is an added bonus. I bf am an educator and I highly recommend them for grade 1-8 practice.

We have/ are working through four math workbooks from this series, and I will be continuing on with another book soon. 1) The books introduce grade relevant math concepts as a single page lesson, followed by workable problems on that page. 2) There is little repetition of concepts. There are only a few problems for each concept, removing the repetitiveness of some math worksheets. (If someone is struggling with a concept, the instructor may need to provide more examples, as this gives limited practice. I appreciate this, but others may not. 3) As one moves up in the series, (we have books for grades 2-5), we find that there is not enough space for problems to be worked out. Not a big deal, as students can copy the problem and work it out on another piece of paper. I do not mind, as this teaches students to copy and work elsewhere, a skill needed in the upper grades, where math textbooks are used. 4) Overall, I highly recommend this math series for students that require little repetition with math skills.
