So I have played on stage for 20 plus years. I have used several different mic systems over the years. So bottom line is there better yes.. but for the money they work very well and produce a good sound for the money. They were easy to set up and eq. The mounting hardware is pretty decent. I would definitely buy again and refer to a friend. Just my 2 cents

So I have admittedly become a huge fan of the Senheisser Drumkit 600 mics, but my customer did not have that kind of cash. CAD mics have always sounded great for the price, So I gave these a try. (I would have preferred the Touring7 package, but apparently those aren't made anymore). With enough processing, we were able to get some great sound out of the drumset (at a pretty significant volume to overcome the acoustic sound of the drums themselves). One problem I had through, the rubberized clamps are made to clamp onto a head that has a parallel inside and outside of the rim. The Gretcsh heads these were used on had a single piece of metal that flared out at the top, but did not come back down on the outside. It took several tries to get the snare mic to stay attached. With the right kind of drum head, these clamps would be amazing, but these particular heads were pretty challenging.

Really good drum mics.

This mic set is used for our drum kit at a small church. They work fine for our need to mix an audio/video live stream. The cymbal mics pick up some other instruments and are not as directional as they could be. We tend to get some feedback from one of the tom mics and are still trying to sort that out. A lot of mics, for a bargain price, so we didn't expect perfection, but they get the job done for us.

Easy to setup, everything I needed to mic the drums were in the package and the sound in the front of house mix was great. Haven't recorded with them yet.

They turned out to be better than I expected. The cost is right. The sound is amazing.

Los cables no son los mejores, pero cumplen, si sueñes tener demasiados eventos en un día o estar en constante uso, te recomendaría ponerle otros de mejor calidad o tomarte el tiempo para instalarlos, para no dañar los conectores (se me desoldaron al poco tiempo de uso).
