Warning
We tried this out installing kitchen cabinets and was truly a failure. Using small pointed screws installing door hinges and screws keep falling on the floor. Very dangerous to have small screws bounce on the floor and having to spend time to find, if left on floor a small child could find, homeowner in socks could step on it or a pet could find it. would no recommend this at all

Darn it
I'm surprised by the poor magnetic quality of this product. I'm planning to but actual magnets and try replacing the "magnets" it cam with. Maybe someone at the factory forgot to fully magnetize mine. Didn't I read somewhere that you can magnetize some metals by hitting it repeatedly with a hammer? I'm going to try that. Don't really care if it works or not, can't make it worse.
