It came very well packaged, in a sealed box. Very organized, and came with instructions with actual photos, not illustrations. I know there were other reviews that weren't so great, so I'm wondering if the company took all of them under advisement, or they received defective merchandise. I'll update my review if this falls apart on me. Update as of 10/29/23: the camera cover is still going strong. The front screen cover did fall apart eventually, however it was because I dropped the phone, and the corner of the protector broke off, causing an air bubble to get under it. The protector kept lifting I couldn't get it to stick, so I had to take it off. If it wasn't for this happening, it would still be on.

To start out with the stickers to remove dust from the phone prior to adhering screen protector were all garbage. When attempting to peel them from the backing, the backing was stuck to the stickers like they were old or something but there was no getting the backing off of them. On to installing the camera covers...they both broke when I was trying to remove the air bubbles from underneath them. BOTH OF THEM!! I have never had a screen protector break upon installation. I did not even bother with the actual screen protector, which there was only ONE in the package instead of being two. I will just pray my phone does not break before I order a new one and it arrives. I am severely disappointed in this!!

I tried another brand Samsung Z3 Flip screen protector after my original screen protector wore out. This one was very easy to install and it has zero bubbles on the screen after installation. Samsung wanted me to send my phone to a service technician to put a new screen protector on my Z-Flip. No need with this product. Will buy this again when this on fails.

This screen protector makes it hard to swipe on the screen, somehow gets dust underneath and constantly gets bubbles on the side. I waited and tried it for months thinking it would work itself out but it hasn't. I am now looking for a new one
