Very disappointed with this product. I ordered 2 and both had cracked lids. Sent back.

I loved the look and feel of these bottles but 2 out of 3 came with broken tops. Amazon will take them back, but Que refused to just replace the tops. Bad quality control, bad policies

First product arrived with a cracked lid so I returned it. New bottle arrived and I began using it immediately. Really keeps liquids hot or cold. BUT the second lid has now cracked too. I wash the mug and lid by hand. Used it only a month now. Disappointed.
