Compré esta tablet para usar en el trabajo, sólo para tener una presentaciones y enviarlas al proyector, nada que ocupará un gran espacio. Sin embargo, al actualizar windows ya no volvió a encender, buscando en internet no soy la única persona que le ha sucedido, y uno podría pensar, se reinstala windows y listo. Pues no... se puede instalar windows pero la tablet no funciona al 100 es decir, la pantalla táctil, el giroscopio, el sonido y otras funciones no sirven, tienes que reinstalar los drivers que son específicos de la tablet (lógico) el problema viene cuando los buscas y en la página oficial de la marca no están en soporte técnico, buscando más a profundidad no los encuentras por ningún lado y tienes que mandar la tablet a reparación con uno de sus técnicos. (lo cual te genera gastos de envío) ya que no pueden enviar los drivers (cabe señalar que otras marcas si puedes encontrar los drivers en sus páginas de forma gratuita), si alguien tiene una tablet de estas y me puede ofrecer una imagen iso o donde encontrar los drivers de recuperación para instalarla en la mía se lo agradeceré muchisimo.

It worked ok at first. I used daily for around an hour a day. After less than 2 months it started making a whirring sound when in use. A few days later I got a blue screen of death and the device no longer works. So worked out to be pretty expensive given the lifespan!

I recently received this laptop but this product is used product and this machine works too much slow and there's touch is very bad. I'm totally disparate with this item. It had heat up and it's take 5mints to get start. I need refund for this product please help me out. I will never suggest to buy this laptop.

so,i'll get to the cons before the pros but know this tablet is perfect,first?its not win10,its win11,im guessing when the fusion 5 was released it had win10,but now when you get it it even says win11 on the box,so if that bothers you its something to weigh i guess,win 11 works fine for what i do so new biggie,just want buyers to know,thats it for cons really,i dont see anything to complain about,in fact?the pros are outstanding,this is a great tablet,fast,especially for 4gb ram,works great,i had no problem accessing the microsoft store,i saw one review that said it couldnt,i didnt have that problem,it asks you to do a full 8 to 10 hour charge when you first get it,i did it,then played movies on it for about 8 hours before charging it again,so i know the battery is perfect,i dont see how you can go wrong with this,i doubt you'll find another windows tablet as good for the price,if you're looking for a tablet?you can do much worse im sure,this one is quality

I was a bit hesitant about ordering the Fusion5 computer because I did not know how it would perform. Any doubts I had are gone. My Fusion5 did not come with Windows 11 but it was ready to download the Windows 11 upgrade. It was very fast in its downloading and I have had no complaints about the upgrade. I have had Windows 11 on my desktop computer for a while and have had very few problems. On my tablet, the startup is very quick and all of my apps work very well. Fusion5 has done a great job of providing a top notch computer for a very good price and I consider it to be a great value. Amazon was able to get the computer to me in a very timely manner, and there was no damage from the shipping. If I had any wishes, it would be that the tablet were a larger size, but I have learned to adapt to the smaller size and it is easier to carry when I take it while I am away from home. I can use my larger desktop monitor when I am at home. Averall, I would rate this with five stars in every aspect.
