PlayMonster Take N Play — Matching Game — Easy to Use, Hard to Lose — Fun on the Go Travel Game — For Ages 3+

Bought this for a road trip. When we took it out of the box, the stickers were already peeling off the face of the magnets. And the magnets are so weak they don't really stick at all. If you turn the case upside down, several fall out...which is exactly what will happen when a child has this in their hands. This is an incredibly cheap and poorly made product.

There are 36 small (less than 1"x1") magnetic picture squares/tiles that you (obviously) lay face down on a (6.5"x6.5") grid. But, the grid does not have space between the rows/columns (and there's not much wiggle room), so it makes it difficult to flip over a tile without moving other tiles. It's a little hard to keep the tiles in their original places. The magnet doesn't seem too strong, so they do slide a little making it hard to keep the tiles in their original places, but when I flip the whole board over & even shake it a little, nothing falls off. Definitely nice and compact, easy to take on travel/vacation. Not sure I'd take it on car/plane ride that would be too bumpy. There is technically not enough room on either of the Player 1/Player 2 matches for more than 1/2 the 'winning' tiles, but I don't think that's a big issue. I have a 3.5 yo & he manages the game fine.

Received this as a gift and loved it! We purchased other games from this company because of the portability and entertainment for kids. Love these games! Magnetic pieces are awesome and make this an easy and fun activity for kids!

Great idea and great for travel but some of the pictures has fallen off the magnet tiles when we opened it. I plan to glue them back on so we can still use it.

For the price the product is OK, but not as great as I wanted it to be. Would have liked the pictures to be better, more interesting, bolder, more colorful. A few of the pictures are of strange little robots and since this is a matching game, they do not look distinct enough from each other. I took out two rows of the picture tiles to spread the tiles out to make it easier for little fingers to grab them as they play the matching game. They are made out of 1/4 inch foam with a thin magnet and a picture glued on top. The tiles are very small (but easy for little fingers to grab). The metal case is fine, the magnets on the foam tiles are not very strong. Ok for a little quiet activity thats easily transportable, in the car, doctors office or even church.

I wish the magnets were a little stronger, but this is a nice activity good for a plane or a car for the price

I purchased this game for my 7-10 year olds at church. Service starts at 11:00am CST, but I sign in young people starting at 10:30. I wanted an energizer before service and this game is perfect. This pieces stay in the kit nd they are magnetic I’m so happy about this purchase.

These worked great to keep the attention of our 3 year old for a long plane ride and while on the trip. Great grandparents also had fun playing. However, I had to air them out before the trip, because they were off-gassing heavily out of the box. Some of the labels/pictures also came off during gentle play. We were able to glue those back on. I don't regret the purchase, but there is lots of room for improvement.
