I actually just tried to one star this product, but I realize that the leak is coming from an old house. That said I am actually pleased with the valve as it is universal for my bidet that I purchased two years ago and had accidentally broken off a piece of the plastic part while removing and moving into a raggedy new rental (God help me). Anyway, of course you can’t buy a part for a version purchased 2 years ago from the same company. Soooo, this one worked well because of the additional smaller adapter I ended up using. I also bought it because it is metal and I don’t have to worry about breaking plastic. Just make sure you have thread tape because it does not come with that.
