Bobrick Surface-Mounted Soap Dispenser, Vertical Tank Satin-Finish Stainless Steel (40-fl oz Capacity)

Bobrick products are solid and are for the long term. This is the third soap dispenser I am adding to the bathroom. I also have other Bobrick products that I am very pleased with like paper towel dispenser and the trash can paper towel dispenser combo. The soap dispensers are easy to install all one needs is a screwdriver and a level. If one has a commercial bathroom these are the products to have.

I have used a number of them in my office and they are just easy and seem to last. They have a useful life of about 6 years which is pretty good for this sort of thing. Easy to install and easy to fill.

Had this on the wall about 3 months and it started leaking down our wall. Also starting to rust. Poor quality! Bobrick tells me it’s most likely the soap I’m using, corroding the stainless steel. Therefore, they won’t honor the warranty. No where on the Amazon listing did it say I’d have to use a particular soap, nor were there warnings in the box it came in. So, let me get this straight... They sold me a soap dispenser that can’t hold up to SOAP any longer than 3 months and they won’t replace it?! BTW, I don’t believe their nonsense about the soap corroding the stainless steel. I think that whatever cheap material the thing is welded with is the culprit. Don’t buy this garbage from this terrible company!

Great product for commercial use. We have used these in multiple projects and havnt had any problems. Durable stainless construction typical of what you would expect from bobricks commercial projects. Pricing on Amazon is as good as any of our contractor account prices.

Replacement for one in my office that started to leak. Not expensive. Like the style albeit a little plain. Four stars because these units sem to form a little rust right around the fill door. It's not too bad yet it shouldn't be there either. Otherwise high quality and nice finish. I would buy again

Works well had to replace one at a job and it was easy to install and is great looking!

We got these to replace our older style ones which were leaking. They had the metal plunger (rather than plastic) and were about 11 years old. This was a direct replacement and we did not even have to change out the mounting plate. Working great so far!

The dispenser arrived and really looked great. It was easy to install and we were very happy for a few days. The happiness ended however when it started to leak. The spring inside of the unit was not strong enough to pop back out. It would leak all over the counter top when not in use. Not happy with the product. I am going to try some different soaps and see if that helps. Maybe a running foam soap or something.
