After trying all of the Peets flavor, this is the one that was best for me. I like dark strong coffee and this is it and is very smooth. Never bitter.

The taste is fabulous & I won’t drink any other coffee anymore… However, when I went back to buy it again this month it’s over $20 more. So at the higher price I can’t justify purchasing again. Or at least not until there’s a sale again …. Super sad. I guess I just need to watch for sales going forward…. & no, I don’t want to be on a subscription since those commitments got a little crazy when sometimes you don’t necessarily need it . It was a good deal while it’s still more expensive even at the sale price than other coffee pods that I buy, it was still worth doing. But I can’t justify pulling the trigger to make another purchase at the current cost. So I shopped around and found it cheaper at Walmart this month. Every penny matters, even for a product that I love!!

I have been drinking Peet's Major Dickason's dark roast for the past 25+ years. It has always been my favorite coffee and anytime I have just about anything else, I wish it were Major Dickason's. This coffee is surprisingly good! It is less acidic than Major Dickason's, and a bit earthier tasting with hints of chocolate. But still a solid dark roast. I find myself going to it more and more often and it may be my new favorite. The fact that its organic is a nice bonus too. If you like Major Dickason's, you'll probably like this too and it is a nice alternative to keep on hand for variety.

Good tasting coffee. I like their medium roast, but found it a little weak, so I got a box of the dark roast. It is good, but extremely strong. It burns my throat, so I dilute it a little with water. If they could find a balance between medium and dark, that would be perfect.

I was having a hard time finding a decent blend for my Kuerig coffee maker and kept getting recommendations for Peet's Major Dickason's Blend. I was quite pleased with the flavor and aroma of this and have been keeping this on hand for quick and easy coffee on the go

Major Dickason’s has been my favorite coffee for years. I wanted to make a switch to organic but wasn’t willing to give up the taste that I like. Gave Peets Alma de la Tierra k cups a try because it’s organically grown. I was pleasantly surprised how much I like it. It’s very smooth & flavorful and probably lower in acid than Major Dickason’s. It doesn’t bother my stomach at all. I actually like it just as well & will continue to purchase even though it’s more expensive. I’m willing to pay more knowing that the beans were grown without unhealthy chemicals. So glad I tried it!
