SO happy to find this pasta for sale here ! I can't find it in stores near me. It's the perfect gluten free pasta! The combination of rice and lentil make the texture the best !!!

There aren't many GF pasta's that come close to non-GF pastas. You give up a lot going GF with pasta! BUT if you have to have one, this is the best one I have found in my humble opinion Not only is it GF, but its organic and soy free too. I really did not realize how much soy was being put in some of my favorite NON-GF pastas. I can eat Gluten for ONLY one day & then I have to wait for atleast 3-4 days before I can do it again without getting a (migrane) headache. In my pursuit of trying to find a good GF pasta, (I'm Italian) I also found out I have the same allergy to SOY in my food. Organic GF NO Soy Pasta. Yummy!

I have bought this product several times. I think it has always been from the same seller, but I am not sure. But this time, it came packaged “irregularly“. And as a result, the boxes are smashed in various ways. Normally they come nearly and tightly packed so the boxes are not damaged. I am a bit disappointed this time. But it looks like the product itself will still be fine. I do not see a way to contact the seller directly, so I am posting it here.

I tried ever brand at Whole Foods and other local stores. I found I preferred the flavor and texture of this one then best. A lot of gluten free pastas have corn in it which makes no sense because if your gluten sensitive your most likely corn sensitive too. This product does not have corn it. I find if I cook it with salt in the water it helps the taste. Obviously nothing bets real gluten pasta but at least I don’t feel deprived with this product. Why Whole Foods stopped carrying it I don’t know but at least I can still order here.

I have never been a fan of regular pastas but my wife would eat pasta everyday and anyway it was fixed. She was diagnosed with celiac disease about 4 years ago so we needed to find a pasta that she could eat. After many trial and error processes we tried the Bionature pastas and they are wonderful. Even I enjoy this pasta, and we eat it at least twice a week. It is more epensive that other gluten free pastas, but it is well worth the extra cost.
