Great Suction Cups
=== 5 month & 5-star Update === I’ve updated my review based off of my experience with the products. Instead of returning the original 4 I had ordered I doubled the number to attempt moving the objects I need to get moved. I’ve left my original review at the bottom, so that you can see my prior concerns, as well as replied to both comments that were attached. The manufacturer was nice enough to provide a technical specification that I feel confident in. My use case(s): I needed to move both a 400+ and a 580+ gallon aquarium. Initially based off of the description and images that were provided of the product I had ordered 4 of the cups. When they arrived, the documentation included with these listed lifting and horizontal carry weights that were 15~28% below the values stated in the description. The thought of moving several thousands of dollars in glass (not to mention hundreds of pounds), with an item that may or may not be rated to do so really bothered me. At worse I’d end having it dislodge and someone would get hurt at best, I was looking at a broken aquarium. That said, after my initial review I managed to get some folks together and we tested the suction cups out. Moving smaller (200g to 300g) tanks was possible though we did encounter an issue with one of the suction cups (it had a light oil (?)) on it. After cleaning the one offender, all of the cups performed admirably. We did decide that the only way to lift the largest tank would be to get at least twice as many suction cups. So, in total, I ended up with 8. Coordinating a smooth lift was, “interesting” to say the least. For the heavier of the two tanks, I think about half of the folks lifting used the cups and the others just grabbed it up under the glass once it was up high enough. For the lighter, we all ended up using the cups and that worked out well. Will these lift 260lbs on a vertical surface? I would be very hesitant to say it would. The cups are good. Real good. However even on a clean sheet of glass that’s been degreased, we still had instances were suction loss or slipping occurred (prior to adding 4 additional cups). To me, this feels more like a combination of our failure to lift cleanly and the orientation of the units themselves and not a failure of the cups however. You can get a good idea of the suction/warning of a break by watching the cups through the glass opposite. So if you’re attempting a large move, just keep an eye out on each others suction cups and haul away. After my original review was sent the manufacturer was kind enough attach the data sheet to the listing (as well as updated all of the images and the description itself associate with it). So, for the price, usefulness, and the quick response by the manufacturer with a data sheet, I’ve changed my review to 5-stars. They’ve turned out to be a great product and I’ve now used them enough to say for sure that it’s worth that rating. Oh, and I know a number of other similar products say, try to only lift 75lbs or so max per person .. I can assure you, a bunch of fanatical hobbiests can move 100+lbs each. :D === Original Review (2-star) === This review is of the High Performance Suction Cup Lifter, Heavy Duty Aluminum Double Vacuum Handle (2 cup) Glass Tile Lifter Puller Gripper Plate/Pad for lifting/pulling/moving glass/repairing laminate floor. This product has a description and images denoting a 260lb max lift, however the documentation included with mine appears to put this particular unit at 85kg lift and 100kg horizontal. This .. is quite a bit shy of 260lbs and could have resulted in serious injury. (I don't read Chinese however, so I could be drastically wrong, if this is the case and someone can read the text in the image, please comment on this and I will change my review.) In the end, I'm going to side with caution and return these for some that have a manual stating the load capacity I need. If you are considering these for a slightly lighter load then myself, the product itself looked both strong and functional. In addition, it included 2 addition clips in case you have one or more fail on you (something I read in a few other reviews of similar products). I suspect it would work very well for its actual rated capacity, hence the 2-star rating vs. a 1-star rating.

When you need a lot of suction but can have easy on and off
I am a trucker that slip seats (for non truckers that means I change trucks every day) every shift and wanted to add satellite radio but can't mount the antenna in any permanent manner. So I came up with using the TRAM 7743 Satellite Radio Mirror-Mount Antenna ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B94N05I/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) with the Heavy Duty Aluminum Double Vacuum Handle Suction Cup. I can mount it on the passenger window in less than 2 minutes and can take it off in the same amount of time. The TRAM 7743 gives me 3 bars everywhere I go. The suction power was rated at 260 lbs which is strong enough to drive 70 mph down the road. It has never failed and fallen off. I have had it for 4 weeks and it has functioned flawlessly. Good luck truckers and I hope the pictures help slip seaters add satellite radio to your day.

STRONG! Great item - used for laminate flooring gaps
Absolutely worked for closing gaps that appeared in my floating floor just 1 year after installation!! Dont waste $ on the cheap ones you might find at Menard's, but you CAN get a cheap rubber mallet there for doing the job. This thing has super firm suction and does NOT slip or move when struck with the mallet. Search YouTube for instructions on how to fix laminate flooring gaps!!

Flag pole pole mount for travel trailer.
Used these to mount sectional flagpole to fifth wheel full timing travel trailer without drilling holes. Used it to 1. Raise cell phone booster. 2. Hold flag pole solar/led light as yard/security light. 3. Hold flag. 4. Hold led light string while boondocking. Stronger cell signal(Surecall) plus unlimited data = faster wifi cell phone signal + Amazon Fire stick + Amazon Prime = no satellite tv dish . Drilled 2 holes in each handle to attach mounting brackets for pole. Be sure to keep rubber protected with 303 Protectant as the rubber is not designed for long term outdoor use.

Great for My use
My husband used this HEAVY DUTY suction cup lifter during our DIY home remolding job. He used this during floor plank installation. Just to slide them in a tad more and to lock the planks in place. He would lock the suction cups down on the floor plank and tap on the suction cup handle with a rubber mallet then the plank would slide into place with the other floor plank. You cant hit the handle on the cheap plastic suction lifter models, it just simply cracks the handle or the suction come loose, this tool will not lose its suction you will have to lift the latches to release the suction. This tool saved us a lot of time and it did not damage any of the planks or tongue/groove. We did 4 rooms plus our son-in-law borrowed it for his floor installation too. Again Great Tool!!!!!! MUST HAVE IF YOUR INSTALLING FLOOR PLANKS!!!

Suction not quite strong enough
Bought this to lift the wood laminate floor access to our crawl space. Based on reviews and comments from other customers we thought this would work perfectly. It does grip long enough to get our hands under the edge to lift up the floor but does not grip long enough to completely lift the floor up and out of the way. We are keeping it because it lifts enough but not like we thought it would.

Very strong suction handle for bathtub!
I bought this for my bathtub to use as a handle for balance. It's not like the one's they sell especially for the bathrooms, this is industrial grade. The bathroom one's they sell just aren't strong enough. My dad used them so I know how undependable they are. These are very strong! A tip for attaching them: Push the suction cups against the bathroom tub wall firmly before turning down the black tabs. You cannot do it loosely, or they will not stick. Just be firm and they'll stick big time. If you're a senior citizen like me, you'll like these handles. Actually, if you simply want to prevent slipping and need something to grab on to, no matter who you are, this handle will do the trick. I highly recommend them.

Bought this item to repair floor gaps in my laminate click flooring. Worked like a charm, good quality and held well against a 5lbs dead blow hammer. My gaps are all closed back up now. Very happy
