I just got it in the mail today & my first impression is that it's dfntly slim. It did make me a little apprehensive but I removed both layers & placed them on my phone one by one. It does feel really snug in its case but I haven't had a mishap to judge its protection. I'm glad that I did get screen protectors b/c the case IS SLIM.
