I bought this for my three year old who is absolutely feral. He breaks everything. If it has wheels or moving parts he’s testing it to the limit. But this bike has held up so well and it has quickly become his favorite thing. It is super sturdy and really well made. He flies around the yard on it and it still looks brand new. I love that it can grow with him too. It was really easy to put together and he figured out how to use it right away. The balance feature gives him so much confidence and I can already tell it will make transitioning to pedals way easier. If you have a wild little one who needs something that can keep up with them this is the bike. Worth every penny.

The Strider 14x is very high quality, super easy to assemble, adjustable for growth and lightweight. The bike has excellent geometry that promotes stability and builds confidence quickly. After a season of "striding", I added the pedal kit and watched my 4 year old granddaughter ride away under pedal power on her first try!

This is the second strider bike we have bought (1 for different kids) it has held up so well. We bought it for our 4yo birthday and bought a pedal kid. She learned to side her bike without training wheels in less than a week on this bike. We’ve had it for about a year now and still looks brand new and held up great. It’s sooooo worth the price.

My daughter started with the 12 version at 2.5 years old and didn't get a lot of practice because we live in a snowy area. She grew out of the smaller version and we bought this bigger 14 version when she was 3.5 years old. By the time she turned 4 she was able to push off and balance perfectly so we got her a helmet and attached the pedals. She was riding all by herself on Day 2 with only 30 minutes of practice on Day 1. I was shocked to say the least. I highly recommend this bike and will continue to use them for my twins who are just starting the 12 version.
