My daughter discovered these vitamins on Tik Tok and I was immediately open to trying them because I had never had a liquid vitamin before. I tried the strawberry flavor and it tasted amazing. Within a few days, I felt a difference - I had more energy to the point where one day, I forgot to take my daily energy drink and didn't even notice, because the energy was nice and natural with no crash. I never thought I would not have my energy drink, but right then and there, I knew these vitamins were something special. After that, I went on to Amazon and visited her website, and noticed that she had the women's vitamins, but they were sold out and would take a month to restock. So, I decided to take the women's 40+ vitamins that had hormone and cognitive support instead. Let me tell you, I immediately noticed a difference, especially with my spaciness. I notice now that I am almost 50, I space out more than normal. I told my doctor about this, but received no answers - she just told me she was spacy too. I just thought maybe this was all in my head or something I would have to live with and adjust to. However, when I took the vitamins today, I felt no spaciness whatsoever - just a clear and beautiful mind. I absolutely love these vitamins and will take nothing else for the rest of my life - there is magic about them. Prior to taking the 40+ vitamins, I was taking the liquid multivitamin for a month, which is also great. I went to the doctor to have my blood work done last week and everything came back in the normal range. I am not even pre-diabetic anymore. Mind you, I was more conscious of what I ate, added more healthier food choices to my diet, and walked, but I did not change my diet or walking drastically. But nothing seemed to help until I added these vitamins into my life. These things are magical, really like a magic potion or some witchcraft (just kidding). I have not felt this amazing since my youth. I got the 40+ liquid vitamin in peach and although it was thicker than the liquid multivitamin, it still tasted really good. It tasted like baby food almost, but I did not notice a fishy taste at all, like others have mentioned. I am a complete fan and will take nothing else moving forward. I was taking some "One A Days" silver and it is not touching this - no vitamin I have ever taken can touch this. I just pray and hope the price does not go up and I plan on subscribing to make sure I always have my refrigerator stocked with this stuff. If you have any doubts about these vitamins, give them a try, even if you never try them again. I believe most of you will not be disappointed. These are a miracle!! I can't see myself ever living without them.

I’ve used this brands for years and am now going from the multi to the multi 40+ liposomal with hormone support liquid. I think what people need to remember is that this is a vitamin as far as taste and I have never had a vitamin that tasted like heaven except gummies and they have more sugar than product usually lol. The peach taste and viscosity is mild to be honest. I simply put in my mouth and drink some water every morning and goes down smoothly with no aftertaste. It is a light peachy taste. I’ve had no issues and have felt much better as far as energy and aches and pains . I trust this brand and use a few supplements from them. The iron liquid is great as well. It reversed my anemia in a huge way and had no horrible taste at all and iron is notorious for being horrid tasting. With anything first day or two to adjust and then should be smooth sailing. I refrigerate and shake prior to squirting in tablespoon. Great product as usual and company is great with handling concerns of any type of you contact them directly.

OK here's the deal from my perspective: Day One: Shook the bottle real well 'before' taking the required dosage of one tablespoon & the taste was great regardless of what I had read from others about the taste being awful.. Day Two: Did NOT shake the bottle before taking the required dosage and the taste was awful, really awful.. Moral of this story is to "Shake Well Before Taking Required Dosage".. I notice I sleep really well after taking this supplement..

I ordered this product after seeing many people discussing how good this vitamin brand is. I tasted it and at first I actually liked the peach vanilla taste. The aftertaste however is like raw fish. Every time I take it, I have to plan what I can chase it with. I am dreading taking it. It may be giving me more energy, but I do not think I will be able to choke it back much longer. I have not tried mixing it with anything as I am afraid the fish taste will over power any other flavors. I really wanted to like this, but I cannot purchase this again. The seller did reach out and offer a solution. Much appreciated so I added one more star to my original 3-star review.

I bought this specifically for my healthy 85yo mother who has a hard time swallowing those multivitamin horse pills - you know those really big pills that get stuck in your throat. This liquid multivitamin is perfect for her as it is so convenient and ease to take - just one simple tablespoon each morning and she gets all the vitamins she needs. An Added value is that they are Non-GMO and liposomal so more of those clean vitamins get to where they are suppose to go and is so much easier on the stomach. It has a nice Peachy vanilla flavor and can be mixed with a smoothie or juice of choice. They seem to be effective, as I notice she doesn't fall nod off in the middle of the day when she takes them. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in liquid vitamins.

I was so excited to try this. I’m a huge Mary Ruth fan and just turned 40. I was horribly disappointed! Despite the bottles claims otherwise, this made my libido nonexistent and threw me into a horrible depression funk. I went off this product for a couple of weeks and I started to feel normal again. I went back on it, wondering if it was some weird hormone thing I was going through or these vitamins. Within a week of being back of these vitamins I was back to being cranky, wanting nothing to do with intimacy, snapping at everyone, and depressed again. Something about this formula just doesn’t work with my body at all. For the record, I have mild PCOS and have a very active, healthy lifestyle. So, my thought is these would be a good addition with my lifestyle. I was wrong! Now I’m back to the normal Mary Ruth Morning Multivitamin and feeling good again! I was awful to be around while on this lol.
