I don't do enough woodworking to justify spending 100+ dollars on a blade, but these do a great job for everything I work on. This particular blade will mostly be used on birch and walnut ply, which is has been cutting through quite well.

I like Freud's Diablo line of saw blades. They are not the best blades on the market but they provide a good balance between top quality and price. I got tired of buying $300 blades that cut just a little bit better and lasted just a little bit longer, then after sending them out for resharpening only had them last 25% longer. I opted to go with a less expensive blade to see how that worked out and determined that this was the better way to go. I bought this at a great price for a 14" blade and it was delivered quickly. I'll have it sharpened once or twice and then toss it out and buy another. In the end, I will have gotten more cuts for less money. Plus, I don't have a problem keeping less than $100 sitting on a shelf while I'm using one blade and keeping the other as the standby. It's a lot better than keeping $300 on a shelf as a standby.

I purchased this blade for my Craftsman Compound Miter Saw. It is a pretty old saw and the original blade was starting to show it's age. I had purchased another Diablo blade for my tablesaw and liked how it just cut so smoothly so I decided to order this blade for the miter saw. It did not disappoint it is very sharp and crosscuts wood very smoothly seemingly without any effort. I looked in a big box store and this blade with $4.00 more so off to Amazon I went. I used some of my Amazon Credit Card points, so it was an even better deal. The blade was delivered very quickly and arrived in good shape. I highly recommend it.

Excellent saw blade. This cut through 3/4" cabinet grade plywood like a hot knife through butter, leaving a kerf that required little sanding to smooth off. I would buy this blade again without hesitation.
