the doctor laughed at me when I said I didn't want to be on blood pressure medicine and that I am going the natural route. she said it wouldn't work, but I proved her wrong on this one. now I am not giving anybody else medical advise cause it may not work for you but it has really done wonders for me.glad I gave this one a try!
