Gets you deep sleep but just plan to get a full night or make your coffee because you will still be groggy if you take this and fall short on your 7-8hrs. As for night time growth that is to be seen. Rest is important and this is the same price as a quality melatonin supplement by itself so no harm in trying this with anabol hardcore and ripped as I ordered both.
