Excellent cooking pan not easy to clean

Excellent cast iron

Pan is substantial with a large cooking surface, and comes with an interior that is very well milled and finished. Cooks well and break-in is easy. The negative is that the exterion bottom of the pan is quite rough and could be abrasive on a glass or ceramic cook top.

Nice smooth finish on the cooking surface. It came seasoned, but I did my own before using. Perfect size, but wish the handle was a little longer. It's a heavy pan, be ready for that when picking up. I'd buy it again and would recommend it. Half the price of the Instagram pans, so it's a deal!

This is a really nice and heavy Cast Iron Skillet. However, I had to take away a star for the handle design. It is way too short. A skillet this heavy needs a longer handle for support. It does have the handle in the front (and you will need it for heavier food dishes). The handle design is my only gripe for a skillet in the upper price range.
