**Q: what are the outer dimensions of the frame?**
A: Try reading the comments! This is my posted comment: This panel is closer to 13 5/8" (or 6/8) than 14." Overall size is closer to 16 5/8" (or 6/8) than 17." suggest double check of panel if precise fitment is required. Otherwise panel does what is intended. Inserting and especially removing panel door can be awkward. Use screw driver to open/remove. I marked panel as top/bottom/ left/right on back-side, so as to put back door as it was previously. There is a difference in the tabs that hold it in place.

**Q: What is Depth of this panel? Can the 14x14 panel mount over an 8 x 14 hole or do I have to make hole 14x14?**
A: The depth is 1/2" the same as Sheetrock. The hole must be 14x14 in order to snap around the opening. I hope this helps.

**Q: I would like to know the measurements of the out side of this panel.**
A: 17"

**Q: Is there any way to get the cut out template? I looked on the Oatey site and did a Google search and could find it.**
A: I popped out the center and outlined the inside and cut the hole a little bit larger. I checked the size and made a few adjustment with a utility knife to the drywall and it went right in.  Hope that helps.
