After putting up one bar, we discovered the second one had one side that as not threaded and would never be able to be installed. When I told Amazon, they simply gave me $7 back. Whoop dee do. I fidget put it up right away because we trusted it would be legit, so I was past the time to return and one was already on the wall so I didn't want to dis-assemble. Amazon was less understanding that they usually are for a $40 product. Money out of my pocket but theirs are boundless, I still don't know why they couldn't have helped me out with more than $7 for a defective product. Moral of the story, always inspect everything RIGHT AWAY: do not wait.
