This is a fantastic set!. The two cars were extremely satisfying to build. Not too difficult, but not so simple as to be boring. The value cannot be overstated: there's a lot going on in this set and the low price-to-part ratio means you get decent bang for your buck. But what sets this set apart from others is the clean and elegant design: the 1966 model's build employs a number of clever means to hide studs and to achieve the perfect sleekness of the original. The colorful 2016 model stands in stark contrast to the all-black vintage version, but the subtle similarities in the vehicles shine through. It was a neat idea to pair two models of the same car from different eras in the same set. I've put together a few of the Speed Champions cars now, and I definitely regard this as my favorite of the sets.

My son got a ton of Legos and other presents for Christmas and this remains his favorite. Having the throw-back car and the newer one is cool. The SPEED Legos do a good job for my son who has grown up a little and more interested in these vs the sets for younger kids. He's 10 and getting intereted in cars and technology more than the cartoon sets he used to play with.

My dad has been talking for a while about how he wants to buy a Ford GT (like the real one). It's a pipe dream. That car purchase isn't happening. He got a good kick out of it when I got him the LEGO version for Father's Day. He put them together and now keeps this set in his office.

I purchased this set for my fiance for fun, and he loved it! The instructions were easy and the final product looks great! 10/10 would recommend for children and adults who are young at heart!

Great looking roadsters, they much better than Hotwheels. I have 5 in this series and each one has its own unique style in both colors and bricks. I would even recommend for your adult Lego fans. Because you race'em or just display them at your office. You never go wrong with Lego.

1 star deducted for price, but this set is awesome and so real to life. Love Lego champions and now I can battle it out with my Ferrari set like in the movie!

We haven’t put it together yet since it’s a Christmas gift but we have a few of the LEGO Speed Champion sets and they have all been perfect. My boys love them and can’t get enough, I’m glad this one was such a good price compared to the other sets I’ve seen

Looks good took a while to put together but ok. Only complaint is lego is expensive
