I didn’t like that I had to pick up from USPS as the box was very heavy. Granddaughter loved it for her dolls. Easy to assemble.

I bought a “like new version” my daughter saved up money to buy this product so we were ecstatic when it arrived! My kid tore open the Box and my husband just gave me a blank stare “seriously? This is worse than IKEA furniture!” Sooo many pieces... & not very well labeled. However, he had it assembled for our little girl in 20 mins! Now, would I have been able to assemble it? Probably but it would have taken me an hour. It fits her American girl dolls which are 18” perfectly. The little mattress is plush and the comforter is as pictured. I am so happy I bought the “like new” though I think it was an amazon return and saved my sweet little girl $20!

This bed is absolutely adorable and seems so sturdy BUT after we got it all put together, which is not necessarily difficult, but definitely a time consuming project. We realized the curtain rod and curtains were missing :( I can't find a human to talk to in any customer service :( the computer keeps telling me to just ship it back for a refund....but we really like it...and I REALLY don't want to try and take it apart and ship it somehow...the girl's want to keep it! We'd just like the curtains and rod lol.

This bunk bed set was clean, the directions were easy to use, and the set is sturdy. I only needed one screw driver to assemble it. All of the needed parts were included and nothing was damaged. The parts were careful packed into the box. This set is worth every penny. Cheaper than AG in price but not quality. My daughter loves it!

Beautiful doll bed. Only thing wrong, the back of the bed was broken. It has a big crack in it. We went ahead and put it together because it was our granddaughter’s big Christmas gift. Would love to have the back replaced. Also one of the knobs didn’t have a hole in it. We had to drill a hole in it. Otherwise, a beautiful bed.

We received the bed very quickly. It was somewhat tricky to assemble - the pictures were not always clear. But it was definitely doable. The quality is great. One of the mattresses was squashed and we contacted the company to request a replacement. They called back the same day and within the same week we had not only received a replacement but they also sent a cute little doll basket as a token of appreciation. I would buy from them anytime again.
