For those looking for a very effective product at an affordable price
This is a fantastic product. I exercise regularly. I used to sleep restlessly at night, my muscles were sore. Since taking this magnesium, I sleep well and feel good. I go to sleep easily.

Leg and foot cramps no more and I sleep better.
Been taking this for over a year, no more painful leg and foot cramps. I also seem to sleep better. I have seen many factual videos mentioning it is more advantageous to take most of the capsules of this magnesium glycinate just before bed with water and space away for at least 2 hours from meals to have better absorption and take without other supplements.

Not for me
I felt like I had better sleep. If I woke up during the night, I would fall back to sleep a lot easier. But after being on it for a week, I would feel tired during the day. I didn’t like that. It’s something I can’t use on regular basis. I did help my muscles feel more relaxed. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t work as I had anticipated.
