Idk about crows feet but it really helped with my dark under eye circles.

Is the universal neutralizer good for dark circles on medium skin with warm undertone? the universal brightener looked white against my skin.

Unfortunately this doesn't give much coverage. I have dark under eye circles and I can't use this as cover up. You can't even tell it has any color to it once you put it on. I mostly just use for moisturizer and sun protection. Won't buy again once it's used up.
