RESEARCH SPO Liquid Ionic Boron, 2 OZ

It seems that a combination of these boron+trace mineral drops together with an extra dose of MSM that I take with vitamin C from fresh lemon have eliminated every last bit of joint pain from mild arthritis. I move like an athletic teenager without any limitations to hip and shoulder mobility. I love that the boron drops are in a base of trace minerals. I now add a dropper full each morning - together with Anderson’s trace mineral drops which I’ve been using for years - to each thermos of hot water for my morning yerba mate. Two squirts total is my boron for the day. I have to put it in a strong tasting-beverage (yerba mate with grated ginger and roasted dandelion root) because, unlike Anderson’s, which makes water and beverages taste better, this has a harsh taste. It’s not difficult to mask it, though and definitely worth it.

Great product. Slightly salty taste. Other than that no taste. Fast shipping. I’m a handyman keeps my muscles happy.

I put a squirt in my coffee. Minerals soften the water taste but no real change in flavor. Easy to take.

Much better than another brand I've tried. Just wish they'd sell a larger bottle.

I didn't realize how much this helped me with my Fibromyalgia pain until I ran out and a couple days later hurt much worse. The taste is like licking the bottom of a shoe, it's nasty! I put it in my last sip of coffee in the morning and you eventually get used to choking it down. I will be taking this forever.

When I was diagnosed with osteoporosis, I wanted to try this first because I didn't like the sound of the possible side effects of the medication my primary doctor was recommending. A function medicine practitioner suggested the boron. Comparing before/after bone density scans showing improvement!

Didn't see any change while or after using

Was doubtful about using..after 2 months glad I did..taste to be desired. Sip some water or juice. I take K2 & D3 also in the morning for help with my bones.
